Product Description:
The rotary three-tube dryer improves the internal structure of the original single-tube dryer, extending the drying time of wet material inside, reducing the flow space of material and hot air, thereby forcibly enhancing the thermal efficiency. Additionally, with sealed, insulated, and reasonable matching measures, the production capacity of the dryer is increased compared to the original single-tube dryer. Its technology and operating parameters are reasonable, and the operation is simple and feasible.
Operating Principle:
Material enters the inner layer of the rotating drum via the feeding device, achieving downstream drying. Under the scrapers in the inner layer, the material is continuously lifted and scattered in a spiral motion to facilitate heat exchange. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for upstream drying, where it is repeatedly lifted in a two-step-forward-one-step-back manner. In the middle layer, the material absorbs heat from both the inner and middle drums, extending the drying time, and reaches a dried state. As the material reaches the other end of the middle layer, it falls into the outer layer, where it moves in a rectangular multi-loop pattern within the drum. The material that has achieved the drying effect is rapidly transported out of the drum by the hot air. The wet material that has not yet reached the drying effect cannot move quickly due to its weight. The material is then fully dried within the rectangular scraper, thereby completing the drying process.
