The specific working principle is as follows:
1. Heater Heating: A constant-temperature shaker typically has an electric heater or other types of heating elements internally installed. Upon activation of the heater, the heating elements generate heat.
2. Air Circulation: The heating element transfers heat to the air, increasing its temperature. Simultaneously, a constant-temperature shaker is equipped with a fan or other types of circulation devices, which recirculate the warm air back into the shaker. Through continuous circulation, the heated air is evenly distributed throughout the air bath inside the shaker.
3. Temperature Control: The orbital shaker is equipped with a temperature controller to monitor and regulate the air temperature inside. When the set temperature is lower than the actual temperature, the temperature controller shuts off the heater to stop heating the air. Conversely, when the set temperature is higher than the actual temperature, the temperature controller activates the heater to continue heating the air, maintaining a constant temperature.
