Product Introduction

The HEX1 homogeneous emulsifying pump is equipped with a set of double-layer stators and double-layer rotors inside the pump chamber. The stators and pump chamber materials are enhanced for toughness and wear resistance through forging and other multi-step processes, thereby extending the service life. The rotor shaft is made of high-strength composite materials, with the contacting parts in 316 stainless steel. The sealing is a water-cooled double-end face mechanical seal. The pump shaft is supported by a bearing housing, effectively controlling shaft vibration and connected to the motor via a coupling. The working principle of this product involves suction of the material into the pump, followed by homogeneous emulsification, and then expulsion from the outlet under the centrifugal force provided by the rotor.
HEX1 is suitable for circular process flows in small to medium batch production, as well as short-distance conveying and homogenization emulsification tasks. It is typically used in conjunction with vertical high-shear homogenization emulsifiers to achieve enhanced homogenization and emulsification effects.
