The HEL High Shear Homogenizing Emulsifying Pump is a vertical installation emulsifying unit. During operation, the material is simultaneously吸入 from the top and bottom of the rotating stator, and centrifugally ejected outward, creating a double-layered circulation from top to bottom. This ensures thorough mixing and shearing of the material within the vessel. Widely used for homogenizing, fine emulsifying on various large and small reactors, as well as ordinary containers, using it in conjunction with the HEL Emulsifying Pump achieves an enhanced emulsification effect.
