I. Overview of Electromagnetic Heat Energy Meters
The MGG/KL type electromagnetic heat meter is a measuring instrument that measures the heat released by the heat-carrying fluid in a heat exchange system. It utilizes a high-precision, high-reliability electromagnetic flowmeter for flow measurement and a high-precision, high-stability platinum resistance thermometer for temperature measurement, making the heat meter possess excellent measurement performance. It can be widely used for heat metering in residential areas, office buildings, and centralized heating, heating, and air conditioning for enterprises and institutions.

III. Characteristics of Electromagnetic Heat Meters
• Utilizing a 16-bit microcontroller for data processing, platinum resistance thermometers for temperature measurement, and electromagnetic flowmeters for flow measurement, offering high accuracy, stable operation, and reliable performance.
• Measurement accuracy is unaffected by changes in parameters such as the viscosity, density, pressure, electrical conductivity, and fluid distribution of the loaded thermal fluid.
• Measurable pipes have no resistance parts, no pressure loss, and are unaffected by poor water quality.
•Wide flow measurement range, flow rate can be set arbitrarily between 1m/s and 10m/s.
• Full Chinese display with large-screen LCD backlit, offering clear readability in both bright and dark conditions.
• Features simultaneous display of accumulated heat, accumulated flow, instantaneous heat, instantaneous flow, incoming water temperature, outgoing water temperature, temperature difference, and allows for querying parameters such as flow rate and power outage records.
• Employed a random temperature variation enthalpy correction method to ensure accurate measurement across varying water temperatures.
• Features unified DC signal and frequency signal output capabilities, with the ability to switch between heat and flow parameters.
• Features batch processing (quantitative output), equivalent pulse output, and key-controlled direct reset function.
• Equipped with RS-485 digital communication output (optional RS-232, M-BUS, and HART), convenient for remote communication implementation.
• Password protected; unauthorized users cannot modify working parameters.
