Frame production process

Steel raw material ---- Jiangsu Oumai selects superior Q235 and Q345 materials to meet customer material requirements.

Professional equipment---Jiangsu Omage uses double-head flame cutting for one-time automatic shaping.

Shot Blasting Rust Removal Treatment ---- Jiangsu Oumai Ge completes the cutting frame, with the surface treated by high-intensity shot blasting and micro-forging, effectively preventing rust on the surface, eliminating residual thermal stress from the cutting process, and hardening the surface. This ensures that the heat exchanger will not experience peeling or rusting throughout its operational lifespan.

Frame Sheet Precision Processing --- After shot blasting and rust removal, the frame undergoes precision processing to further enhance its quality and performance.

Frame panel coating - The frame is first filled with putty for leveling, followed by two coats of primer, then coated with two layers of high-quality marine paint for an optimized finished product.

The Frame Molding -- After undergoing multiple processing stages, Jiangsu Omage Frame completes production.
