Product Introduction:
Low-temperature impact testing is a crucial mechanical property test for metallic materials, with the accuracy of the test temperature directly affecting the reliability of the test data. The CDW-type low-temperature impact tester (chamber) is a new product developed and researched by our company in accordance with the requirements for low-temperature equipment in GB/T229-2007 "Test Methods for Charpy Impact Test of Metallic Materials" (replacing GB/T229-1994 "Test Methods for Charpy Impact Test of Metal Notched Specimens"), in conjunction with the various regulations for deep temperature refrigeration.
This unit employs a single or cascade refrigeration system using a refrigeration technology, leveraging thermal equilibrium principles and cyclic stirring methods to achieve automatic and uniform cooling and constant temperature of the specimen, fully meeting the technical standards specified in National Standard GB/T229-2007. The unit is easy to operate and highly efficient, making it an ideal cooling and constant-temperature device for metal low-temperature impact testing. It can also be used for other low-temperature testing and detection tasks. Utilizing the triple cascade ultra-low temperature refrigeration cycle technology, it greatly expands the temperature difference of the system's cyclic operation, enabling lower refrigeration temperatures than traditional two-stage compressors (quick cooling to -100℃). The unit has fully adopted a new environmentally friendly refrigerant, facilitating future maintenance and repair, and is a mature ultra-low temperature refrigeration instrument in the domestic impact testing field.
