The JBDW-Y/D series microcomputer-controlled fully automatic low-temperature impact tester is a new generation of high-tech product developed by our company in strict accordance with GB/T3808-2002 and GB/T229-2007. It undergoes factory inspection according to JJG145-2007 "Routine for Calibration of Pendulum Impact Testers." This impact tester is a microcomputer-controlled fully automatic low-temperature impact tester, used to test the performance of metal materials under dynamic loads in terms of resistance to impact. It is an essential testing instrument for metallurgical machinery manufacturing units and an indispensable testing instrument for research institutions conducting new material research. The machine performs pendulum impact testing, utilizing a PC microcomputer and a highly reliable PLC controller, electrically controlled lifting, feeding, positioning, impact, and temperature regulation. It is equipped with a specialized feeding device for automatic feeding, automatic sample cross-section positioning, and a sample-to-impact time of no more than 5 seconds, fully meeting the requirements of GB/T229-2007 "Metal Charpy Notch Impact Test Method" for low-temperature impact testing equipment. The cooling device of this equipment uses a cascade refrigeration technology with a refrigeration compressor, utilizing the principle of thermal equilibrium and cyclic stirring to achieve automatic and uniform cooling and constant temperature of the samples, fully satisfying the temperature control indicators specified in the national standard GB/T229-2007. The test data is measured, calculated, and displayed on the screen, allowing for the calculation and display of material impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum lift angle, and average test values. Test reports can be printed containing the current test data and average values. This tester has a high efficiency in automatic sample feeding and high testing accuracy. It utilizes the remaining energy after impact testing to automatically lift the pendulum for the next impact test, making it particularly advantageous in laboratories conducting continuous impact tests and in metallurgical and mechanical manufacturing departments conducting a large number of impact tests.

1. The microcomputer screen and dial display data simultaneously, ensuring data synchronization. Equipped with dual operating systems, it can be operated either through a microcomputer mouse or controller buttons, without interference, offering flexible operation. 2. Continuous testing is possible, with manual operation limited to placing samples and pressing action buttons. All other tasks are fully automated by the testing machine, reducing labor intensity and completely eliminating the likelihood of errors in manual data recording. A semi-enclosed protective guard made of high-tensile material encompasses the entire swing path of the pendulum, simultaneously preventing splashes from broken samples from causing injury and minimizing the risk of operator injury due to misoperation, ensuring safety.


◆ Feeding Mechanism: After the sample is cooled to the set temperature in the low-temperature unit, the mechanical feeding mechanism can quickly and reliably deliver the sample to the anvil support surface. The feeding mechanism is mainly composed of two parts: the motor and the controller. The movement of the mechanical feeding mechanism is controlled by electrical signals to the motor, which drives the guide rail to advance and retract, thereby completing the automatic feeding action.


◆ Locating Mechanism: The specimen must be tightly adhered to the side of the anvil, ensuring the specimen notch is correctly positioned at the center of the pendulum blade. This is guaranteed by the locating mechanism. As the specimen is fed to the front support by the feeding rod, due to the action of the feeding guide rail, the specimen moves forward tightly against the side of the anvil. Upon the front end entering the back anvil face, a magnetic switch in the feeding mechanism emits a signal, triggering the action of the locating mechanism. The locating rod of the mechanism reaches the working position, and the side elastic stopper of the locating mechanism presses the specimen tightly, completing the specimen locating process.

As the feeding rod reaches the front, the magnetic switch sends a signal, and the motor resets after receiving the signal. The positioning mechanism moves away from the sample positioning surface to allow for impact. The positioning mechanism is integrated with the bracket. The motor's pull and the spring's reset move the positioning block forward and backward. This pushes the positioning screw to stay tightly against the positioning surface under the spring's force. At the same time, by adjusting the positioning block, the accuracy of the sample positioning is improved.
