The SCGW-60H "Welded Ultrasonic Tube Steel Pipe Bending Tester" is a specialized equipment for conducting flat bending tests on metal steel pipes used for concrete cast-in-place piles. This device is a new product developed in accordance with GB/T244-2020 ISO8491:1998 "Methods of Bending Test for Metal Tubes." It is suitable for the bending test inspection of ultrasonic tubes as specified in standards such as GB/T31438-2015 "Ultrasonic Tubes for Concrete Cast-in-Place Piles." The 6.4 section of GB/T31438-2015 standard, which outlines the process performance and bending resistance test, has been difficult to complete efficiently and standardized. Technicians from Jinan Jitieaisi, in collaboration with experts and testing units, have successfully developed a specialized bending tester for the bending resistance of (welded) ultrasonic tube steel pipes, enabling efficient completion of the 6.4 section process performance and bending resistance test: the (welded) ultrasonic tube steel pipe bending test. This product is widely used by testing units, metal tube factories, and pipeline enterprises to test the bending resistance of ultrasonic tube steel pipes. The SCGW-60H model (welded) ultrasonic tube steel pipe bending tester is a product developed based on the GW-40 model steel bar bending tester. It only requires changing the corresponding mandrel, adjusting the bending radius, and replacing the roller for testing samples of ultrasonic tubes with different nominal diameters. The equipment is precise, easy to use, long-lasting, and is currently a more comprehensive (welded) ultrasonic tube steel pipe bending tester.
