The machine tool feed adopts a Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor, driven through a coupling to move the ball screw. The guide rail is equipped with a cross-interlocking roller steel guide rail, ensuring rigidity.
The reciprocating hydraulic part of the workbench is automatically controlled by a PLC.
Machine tool workpiece clamping is available with a variety of fixtures, including three-jaw chucks, pneumatic clamps, hydraulic clamps, and diaphragm clamps, for user selection.
Grinding wheel shafts for abrasive grinding are equipped with high-speed electric spindle, controlled by a variable frequency converter to achieve stepless speed adjustment.
