The dissolved air flotation machine is a commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment in the wastewater treatment industry, effectively removing suspended solids, oils, adhesives, and other substances from wastewater, serving as the primary equipment in the early stages of wastewater treatment.
I. Structural Features: The main body of the equipment is a rectangular steel structure. The main components include an aeration pump, air compressor, aeration tank, rectangular box, flotation system, sludge scraper system, etc.
1. Gases dissolved in the槽 produce small bubbles with a particle size of 20-40 um, which adhere firmly to flocs, offering excellent air flotation performance.
2 Less flocculant dosage, lower cost;
3. The operational procedure is easy to master, water quality and volume are easy to control, and management is simple.
4 Features a backwash system, the release device is not prone to clog.
Section 2: Working Principle of the Air-Entrained Buoyant Machine
The dissolved gas tank produces dissolved gas water, which is then released through a pressure relief valve into the water to be treated. The dissolved air in the water is released, forming microbubbles measuring 20-40um, which combine with suspended solids in the wastewater, reducing the ratio of suspended solids to water. Gradually, these particles float to the surface, forming scum. A scraper system is equipped on the surface to scrape the scum into the sludge pond. Freshwater enters the clear water pond from the bottom via the overflow pond.
Section 3: Application Scope:
1. Solid particle treatment for various industrial wastewater, including papermaking, pulp making, and paper processing.
2 For recycling useful substances, such as: fine fibers collected from paper white water.
