The ZSR-40 Roots Blower is compact in structure, comprising six components: motor, air filter, blower body, gas chamber, base (and oil tank), and nozzle.
The blower operates by an eccentric rotor, which creates volume changes between the blades in the rotor slots, thereby suctioning, compressing, and exhausting air. During operation, the pressure difference of the blower automatically sends lubricating oil to the emitter, and then to the cylinder, to reduce friction and noise, while preventing the backflow of gas in the cylinder.
ZSR-40 Roots Blower Working Principle:
The ZSR-40 Roots Blower operates through three stages: intake, compression, and exhaust. The turbine completes intake, compression, exhaust, and continuous rotation with each revolution. The rotating fan continues to circulate and exhaust air. As the rotating fan produces air volume and pressure by changing four different air volumes, it is also known as a variable volume compressor blower. The sliding components of the fan and the rotor rub against each other, generating heat with the gas test cylinder. Therefore, as the fan rotates, necessary lubricating oil is dripped into the cylinder body from the emitter to lubricate the surface, thereby reducing friction heat and noise. An oil film is maintained between components to keep the fan sealed.
