Pressure Seal Ball Compensator (also known as Ball Joint).
Spherical compensators are primarily used at pipe bends, mainly relying on the angular displacement of the sphere to absorb or compensate for lateral movements of the pipe in one or more directions.
The spherical compensator features a large compensation capacity, no blanking plate force, and minimal force on the fixed pipe supports. In the strength design of the main fixed pipe supports, the blanking plate force does not need to be considered. The sealing is achieved using the injectable combined sealing technology, ensuring a long-term reliable seal.
Ball compensators should be used in pairs or threes to absorb or compensate for the lateral displacement of pipelines. A single ball compensator lacks compensating capability and can be used as a pipeline universal joint.
Spherical compensators are primarily used in urban centralized heating pipelines, steam pipelines of thermal power plants, large boiler conveying and ash removal pipelines of power stations, high-pressure air (gas) pipelines in the metallurgical industry, and various cooling pipelines, as well as other pipelines where thermal expansion and contraction need to be considered.
