1Packing
The quality of sulfur removal agent filling directly affects the effectiveness of use, and it must be given sufficient attention. The entire filling process of the sulfur removal agent should be supervised by a designated person, and the following points should be noted:
(1)First, lay two layers of mesh with smaller holes on the grille plates of the desulfurization tower.8-10Purpose Stainless Steel Mesh.
(2Lay another layer over the wire mesh.20-30mm, Φ20-30mmThick cinder lumps.
(3Due to dust generated during transportation and loading, sieving is required prior to filling.
(4The discharge pipe should be able to rotate freely using specialized filling tools, ensuring the material is evenly filled around the reactor. It is strictly prohibited to pour desulfurizing agent from the center to prevent uneven filling.
(5The desulfurizing agent increases in strength as the amount of sulfur absorption increases during use, thus it should be filled in layers within the desulfurization tower. Each layer should be marked according to the height of the desulfurizing agent filling to ensure it is filled adequately, evenly, and levelly.
(6During loading, it is strictly forbidden to step directly on the sulfur agent. Wooden boards can be placed on the material layer before entering to remove materials and inspect the loading status.
(7At the desulfurization feed gas inlet, a grate plate or crushed coking should be installed to prevent the desulfurizing agent from being blown away.
2Use
(1The desulfurization tower generally does not require specialized heating to save energy, but outdoor desulfurization units must be insulated during winter to prevent the gas from becoming too cold, which can reduce the activity of the desulfurizing agent and cause water to accumulate on the bed, thereby deteriorating operation.
(2Before desulfurization, efforts should be made to remove asphalt and foam.
(3Sulfur remover can be fully replaced at once or replaced section by section along the air flow direction.
(4Pump out water from the separator in front of the desulfurization tower and the accumulated water at the bottom of the tower at regular intervals. Strictly prohibit any liquid from entering the desulfurization tower with the gas.
(5Operation must be stable and usage must be reasonable to unleash its excellent performance.
3Transportation
(1Sulfur remover should be handled with care during transportation, avoiding震动 and collisions to prevent damage.
(2Desulfurizing agents should be protected from moisture absorption and chemical contamination during storage.
