Integrated Lift StationThe unit consists of a sewage pump, a collection tank, control devices, and related piping valves, forming a system for lifting and conveying wastewater that is below the sewer level or far from the municipal pipeline network. It effectively addresses or prevents issues commonly found in traditional collection pits. The integrated lifting pump station is the inlet pump station of a wastewater treatment plant.Integrated Lift StationThe function is to pump wastewater collected from the urban underground sewage pipeline network to the surface water pool at the sewage treatment plant for processing. During the transportation of wastewater, due to the long distance, the sewage pipeline is deeply buried underground. To reduce the burial depth of the subsequent transmission pipeline, a pumping station is set up along the way. After the wastewater is lifted, it is then transported through the sewage pipeline to a farther location (sewage treatment plant or the next wastewater lifting pumping station), so the wastewater lifting pumping station is merely an intermediate station. Integrated lifting pump stations and sewage lifting pump stations have the following differences:
1. An integrated lift station is set up during the sewage transportation process due to the long distance and significant underground depth of the sewage pipeline. This is done to minimize the burial depth of the subsequent transmission pipeline. The sewage is lifted at the station and then transported through the sewage pipeline to a more distant location (such as a wastewater treatment plant or the next lift station). Therefore, the sewage lift station serves merely as a transfer station. Sometimes, both types of stations are required, but the principle of operation for the sewage pump station itself is the same; the only difference is their location.
