Integrated pump stationThe unit consists of a sewage pump, a collection tank, control devices, and related piping valves, forming a system for lifting and transporting wastewater that is below the sewer level or far from the municipal pipeline network. It can effectively resolve or prevent issues typically associated with traditional collection pits. The integrated lifting pump station is the inlet pump station of the wastewater treatment plant.Integrated lift stationThe function is to pump wastewater collected from the urban underground sewage network to the surface pool at the sewage treatment plant for treatment. During the conveyance of wastewater, as the distance is considerable and the pipeline is deeply buried underground, pump stations are set along the way to reduce the depth of subsequent conveyance pipelines. After being lifted, the wastewater is then transported through the sewage pipeline to a more distant location (sewage treatment plant or the next lift pump station), making the lift pump station merely a transit station. Sometimes both types of pump stations are necessary, butIntegrated Lift StationThe principle of operation is the same; it's just the position that differs.
Integrated lift stations and sewage lift stations have the following differences:
1. An integrated lift station is set up in the process of sewage transportation due to the long distance and significant underground depth of the sewage pipeline. This is done to reduce the depth of subsequent transmission pipelines. The sewage is lifted at the intermediate station and then transported through the sewage pipeline to a farther location (such as a wastewater treatment plant or the next lift station). Therefore, the sewage lift station serves as a transit station. Sometimes, both types of stations are required, but the principle of operation for the sewage pump station itself is the same; the only difference is their respective locations.
2、Integrated pump stationThe imported pump station of the wastewater treatment plant; the integrated lift pump station's function is to pump the wastewater collected from the city's underground sewage network to the surface water pool at the treatment plant for processing.
