Chemical Board / Solid Core Chemical Board

Product Introduction
Laboratory countertop panels typically include analytical boards, chemical boards, physics boards, and epoxy resin boards, among others. Analytical boards are a commonly used type of countertop panel custom-made for laboratories.
Composed of multiple sheets of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, this decorative colored paper undergoes special treatment. It is then pressed under high temperature and pressure using etched steel plates, resulting in a monolithic formation through dissolution and irreversible aging hardening. The surface has been chemically treated to offer enhanced resistance to chemical corrosion.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Do not store this material in an environment exceeding 135℃ for extended periods.
Do not expose this material to open flames, molten metals, metal combustion, or direct sunlight. It is also not to be used as a cutting or chopping surface.
The flame from a gas or alcohol lamp can damage the surface of this product. Therefore, gas or alcohol lamps should be placed on a tripod stand. It is recommended to clean the surface with warm water, acetone, or a mild cleaner (options include those used for hand washing or dishwashing), avoiding cleaners with strong acidic ingredients to prevent surface damage. For stubborn stains, apply hypochlorous acid to the contaminated surface of the corrosion-resistant material and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Product Applications
The application range of the chemical and physical board includes laboratory countertops in schools, research institutes, and hospitals, as well as workstations in inspection and quarantine and import/export departments.
