Full Steel Lab Bench Overview
Full steel laboratory tables are the experimental operation desks placed in the center of laboratories in universities, vocational schools, affiliated units of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, chemical factories, and other enterprises and institutions. These central full steel experimental tables can accommodate large equipment and testing experiments.
All steel cabinets of the full steel laboratory table are manufactured from 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheets, processed with acid pickling and phosphatization, and coated with epoxy resin electrostatic powder paint. The overall design is stable and reasonable, offering excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion.

Frame: The support beam is made of 60*40mm cold-rolled rectangular steel tube. The support pillars are constructed with two identical steel tubes,焊接sides with cold-rolled channel steel inserted. The surface is electroplated with color zinc for rust prevention. After cold welding, the product undergoes acid washing, phosphatization, and is then coated with a protective layer of epoxy resin by electrostatic powder spraying for resistance to acids and alkalis and corrosion. The adhesion of the protective layer has passed the impact test of falling objects. The static load capacity is over 250 kg, and the support pillars can directly hang racks without damaging the wall.
Reagent racks, shelves: Made from 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheets, formed with mechanical molding. The shelves are 10mm thick frosted glass, with a double-layer structure and adjustable height holes of different sizes, allowing for free height adjustment as per actual needs.
Socket: Utilizes laboratory-grade safety products. Features dustproof, splashproof, waterproof, and acid/alkaline resistance. Made of PC material for fire-retardant properties.
Roller Slides: Three-section heavy-duty ball bearing slides, high load-bearing capacity, smooth movement, noiseless.
Hinge: High-quality chrome-plated steel hinge with a 175° range.
Handle: Single-line concealed handle, aluminum alloy/PVC.
Sink: Laboratory-specific PP sink, with excellent acid and alkali resistance.
Nipple: Laboratory-specific water nozzle, with copper ceramic valve core, surface coated with epoxy resin electrostatic powder. Triple-port Analytical Faucet: Laboratory-specific triple-port analytical faucet, made of copper, surface treated with EPOXY coating, resistant to acids, alkalis, and rust.
Adjustable combination base: Features include anti-slip, shock absorption, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong bearing capacity.
