② Loading. Hang the lifting rings of the big bags evenly on the lifting device. Depending on the type of big bag and the load weight, forklifts, cranes, or hoists can be used. If using a forklift to lift the big bags, adjust the blade to the correct position, ensuring the big bags are tightly against the forklift and not tilted forward. To maintain balance of the bag's center of gravity during lifting, avoid hanging from a single ring. Then, start the lifting device to gently raise the big bags. Once at a certain height, place them evenly on the train (or truck) platform. If immediate loading is not required, stack them neatly and uniformly at the work site. During lifting and stacking, prevent them from being crushed, tilted, or collided with each other.

④ Unloading. Lift the bulk bags with a forklift or crane, align them with the opening of the hopper or other container. Untie the bottom opening rope of the bag, allowing the raw materials to fall out, thereby completing the unloading process. For disposable bulk bags, a suitable tool can be used from a distance to pierce the bottom, enabling unloading. Do not stand under the bulk bags during the lifting and unloading operation.
