The Shanghai Ta Chi Magnetic盈QPC Quick Clamping System's magnetic circuit generates strong suction even for magnetic pads of greater heights. The flexible magnetic base can automatically adjust the workpiece being clamped, ensuring stability without deformation.
The standard configuration includes three fixed magnetic pads and an adequate amount of floating magnetic pads, securely mounted on the magnetic pole to ensure a good contact surface with the workpiece.
Once the magnetic pad is fully clamped to the bottom of the workpiece, the strong magnetic flow tightens the pad, forming an integral and rock-solid assembly with the workpiece.
