The Shanghai Ta Chi QMC Quick Die Change System serves as a comprehensive solution to meet the JIT (Just-In-Time) and SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) requirements for small-lot, multi-category production in advanced manufacturing processes.
Operation Principle: A very short-duration (1-4 seconds) current pulse activates (magnetizes) the system, securing the mold to the machine's back panel without time constraints, without requiring continuous electrical power and without generating heat. A different current pulse alters the magnetic field direction of the permanent magnet in operation, demagnetizing the system and releasing the mold.

Each pole in the MQC quick-change mold system is an independent magnetic area. The steel core, augmented with a high-energy neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnet encased in a 5-sided shell, ensures a concentrated and durable magnetic force (MMF).
Electromagnetic permanent magnet technology inherently boasts safety due to the clamping force always originating from the magnetic field of the magnetic material.
