The ZU-H pressure pipeline oil filter is installed on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system to filter out mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and the gum, asphalt, carbon residue, etc. produced by the chemical changes of the hydraulic oil itself, thereby preventing faults such as valve core jamming, blockage of throttling small hole gaps and damping holes, and rapid wear of hydraulic components. The ZU-H filter has good filtering effect and high accuracy, but it is difficult to clean after blockage. The filter element must be replaced. The ZU-H filter is equipped with a pressure difference sending device. When the filter element is contaminated and blocked to a pressure difference of 0.35MPa at the inlet and outlet, a switch signal is sent, and the filter element is replaced to achieve the purpose of protecting system safety.
