Application Scope and Features

The JZJP type Roots Water Jet Vacuum Unit is composed of a Roots pump (also known as a mechanical booster pump) as the main pump (including the intermediate pump) and a water jet pump as the preliminary pump. It uses a fully plastic horizontal water jet vacuum unit as the preliminary pump and can extract corrosive gases. The ultimate vacuum of the first-stage Roots pump can reach 150 Pa, and the ultimate vacuum of the second-stage Roots pump can reach 25 Pa. This unit is widely used in vacuum drying, vacuum distillation, and vacuum concentration, and is extensively applied in the metallurgy, petrochemical, papermaking, food, and electronics industries. According to the actual needs of the customer, more stages can be designed for a complete set of units to enhance the vacuum extraction capacity and vacuum degree.
