Usage
The new WLW type oil-free vertical vacuum pump is a domestically developed innovative product in collaboration with scientific research institutions. It is widely used in vacuum distillation, evaporation, crystallization, drying, and filtration processes in the oil, chemical, and food industries, serving as an upgraded replacement for the W type horizontal vacuum pump.

Compared to the W-type horizontal pump, this pump boasts the following advantages:
1. The wear rate of the moving parts is reduced by a factor of 100, and the lifespan of the valve is increased by 50 times.
2. Power consumption reduced by nearly 1/3, water usage cut in half, and land area reduced by 1/3.
3. Reduced transverse wave distortion and low noise level.
4. The WLW oil-free vacuum pump enhances vacuum cleanliness and is particularly suitable for industries such as food processing.

Characteristics Curve

Oil-free vertical vacuum pump cylinder and housing are equipped with isolation chambers, with effective length exceeding one stroke. This effectively prevents lubricating oil in the crankcase from entering the vacuum system and keeps the medium of the vacuum system from entering the crankcase, thereby extending the service life of the bearing shells.
The oil-free vertical vacuum pump features a big-end and small-end connecting rod bearings lubricated by forced oiling. The lubrication system is a custom-designed trochoidal oil pump, capable of pressures exceeding 0.2 MPa, ensuring optimal lubrication for both the big-end and small-end bearings, thereby extending their service life.
The oil-free vertical vacuum pump features a disassembled piston rod and connecting rod for easy maintenance. The cylinder's balanced air passage and its excessively smooth inner wall reduce the wear on the piston rings.
Fillers, cylinders, and cylinder heads are equipped with forced water cooling. The cooling water lines are located outside of the three boxes to ensure no water enters the flow section. The outlet is positioned at the low points of the three boxes, allowing the cooling water inside to drain when the machine is stopped, ensuring that the boxes do not crack due to freezing.
The oil-free vertical vacuum pump features an exhaust device at the oil filling port, effectively addressing the issue of机身 overheating due to long-term operation, thereby extending the equipment's lifespan. It also effectively prevents oil leakage from the filling port. The cylinder sleeve is made of stainless steel, making it easy to maintain.
Oil-Free Vertical Vacuum Pump is a single-stage scroll vacuum pump. It is the basic equipment used to evacuate gases from sealed containers to achieve vacuum.
Oil-Free Vertical Vacuum Pumps are suitable for air conditioning, refrigeration equipment maintenance, instrument suction devices, printing machinery, vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, physical and chemical experiments, and small equipment requiring a vacuum environment. They can also serve as a preliminary pump for small oil booster pumps, oil diffusion pumps, and molecular pumps.
The oil-free vertical vacuum pump is not suitable for pumping gases that are corrosive to black metals, react chemically with the pump oil, contain particulate dust, or are toxic gases with excessive oxygen content and explosive properties. It is not to be used as a transfer pump (i.e., pumping from one container to another).
