Application and Usage Scope
Xd Type Diaphragm Vacuum Pump
Operates under any inlet pressure, widely used in food vacuum packaging, plastic industry vacuum forming, printing industry sheet feeding, and vacuum attraction.

A scroll vacuum pump is a type of rotary vane vacuum pump where the eccentrically mounted rotor within the pump is tangent to the fixed face of the stator. Two or more scrolls slide within the rotor slots (usually radially) and come into contact with the inner wall of the stator, dividing the pump cavity into several variable volumes. Typically, the gap between the scrolls and the pump cavity is sealed with oil, making scroll vacuum pumps generally oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pumps.
Features of Scroll Vacuum Pumps:
1. High suction speed, compact size, lightweight, low noise, easy maintenance, and high ultimate vacuum levels. The international limit vacuum is 6×10^-2 Pa (equivalent to 5×10^-4 Torr, note: 1 Torr = 133.32 Pa).
2. Equipped with a reliable dust-proof device. Other rotary vane pumps allow debris to enter the pump chamber after passing through the dust-proof device. However, our vacuum pumps only allow debris to settle around the outside of the dust-proof device upon passing through it. This ensures the pump operates normally and completely eliminates the issue of debris getting into the pump chamber and causing it to seize.
3. Equipped with a composite screw with a vent valve and an oil intake, our domestically produced two-stage vane pump features oil intakes all designed on the low-pressure exhaust valve seats within the oil tank. In case of a blocked oil intake, oil must be drained, and the oil tank must be removed to clear the intake. To unblock the intake, simply unscrew the composite screw from the vacuum pump, which also allows for the expulsion of debris and steam. This process is quick and effortless, significantly enhancing the pump's operational efficiency.
