Overview
The MH-2 series vacuum pumps (hereinafter referred to as the pump) are high vacuum pumps with oil seal sliding valve design, capable of achieving vacuum levels below 1.33 Pa. Therefore, they are suitable for various high vacuum requirements.
The pump's mechanical motion system is manufactured using advanced international technology. It employs the principle of rotating speed air pressure with the world's excellent motion technology, combined with Rouse's Law (oil spray lubrication) and Newton's Law of Inertia. It is equipped with dual-stage cooling and lubrication. The power required is only half that of the W series (reciprocating pump) and the series (impeller pump) (with the same suction rate), featuring smooth and reliable operation, low noise, minimal power consumption, and long service life.
The pump body and other major components are made of wear-resistant high-silicon nodular cast iron, and are processed with surface treatment and a machining center in a single setup, featuring high precision, minimal wear, and low maintenance. This vacuum pump is widely used in industries such as dye chemicals, food additives, pigments, paints, and fine chemicals, and is a top choice in the domestic vacuum pump industry.

Cautionary Notes
1. If the extracted gas contains a high amount of water vapor, a dryer can be installed before the intake. It should contain phosphorus pentoxide, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide, or a cold trap with dry ice inside to absorb or freeze the water vapor in the gas.
2. If the extracted gas temperature is too high, consider adding a condenser or a cooling tower at the intake to lower the gas temperature, bringing it closer to room temperature.
3. If the extracted gas contains corrosive properties or has excessive chemical reactions with oil, a gas absorption and neutralization unit should be installed before the intake port.
4. Regularly replace the vacuum pump oil; if the oil is contaminated or deteriorated, it should be changed promptly. It is strictly prohibited to use sulfur-containing engine oil. Domestic 1# vacuum pump oil can be used as an alternative. In winter, 46# mechanical oil can also be used instead.
5. Drain the cooling water when the room temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius to prevent the pump from cracking due to freezing.
Attachment Description
Our factory offers vacuum pump oil and water separators (auxiliary collectors) and external oil tanks equipped with oil and water separators installed at air inlets. The collected oil and water can be directly recycled into the oil tank, while water and impurities are discharged through the drain port. The oil can be reused, facilitating fuel consumption savings. Additionally, this auxiliary collector is recommended by the environmental protection department, featuring no pollution, no noise, and allowing users to choose it freely.
Users of external oil tanks and auxiliary collectors can design and manufacture them according to the conditions of our factory.
