Dolock custom-manufactured activation ovens are suitable for high-temperature thermal desorption processes and are widely used for the production and regeneration of activated carbon, resource recycling, and waste incineration. The products are made of high-quality carbon steel, internally lined with high-temperature castable materials, and are suitable for pre-burning, carbonization, and activation of granular, powdered, and block materials such as saturated activated carbon, zinc oxide, resins, and silica gel. They can also be applied in industries like cement, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. Customized internal and external heating structures are available to meet different product requirements.
Introduction to Activation Principle: After organic matter is carbonized at high temperature, a considerable amount of carbonaceous residues remain in the micropores of the activated carbon. At this point, an activator is required to carry out a gasification reaction, causing the remaining carbonaceous residues to be gasified at approximately 900-1050°C.CO₂、COWait for the gas to clean the microporous surface of the activated carbon, restoring its adsorption properties. This means a higher activation temperature is required.
The equipment consists of a main kiln body, support drive unit, cooling tubes, combustion system, electrical control, air inlet device, and preheating kiln body, etc., complemented by various detection devices such as pressure, temperature, and humidity. It features over-temperature alarms, overload alarms, automatic control of working temperature, adjustable oxygen content inside the kiln, and can be fully controlled by computer with flexible and convenient man-machine interaction. The main equipment ranges from a few meters to over twenty meters, custom-made and processed according to the production output, processing capacity, and product characteristics.
