Doloco's customized carbonization furnaces are suitable for high-temperature thermal desorption processes, widely used in the production and regeneration of activated carbon, resource recycling, and waste incineration. The products are made of high-quality carbon steel, internally lined with high-temperature castable materials, and are suitable for pre-burning, carbonization, and activation of granular, powdered, and block materials such as saturated activated carbon, zinc oxide, resins, and silica gel. They can also be applied in industries such as cement, metallurgy, and chemicals. Customized internal and external heating structures are available based on different product requirements.
Introduction to Carbonization Principle: Carbon particles are gradually heated and raised to 150-700°C. Different organic substances, as the temperature rises, are eliminated in the forms of volatilization, decomposition, carbonization, and oxidation from the matrix of activated carbon. By this stage, the adsorption recovery rate of the regenerated carbon typically reaches 60%-85%.
The equipment consists of a main kiln body, supporting transmission device, cooling tubes, combustion system, electrical control, air inlet device, and preheating kiln body, etc., and is complemented by various detection devices such as pressure, temperature, and humidity. It features over-temperature alarms, overload alarms, automatic control of working temperature, adjustable oxygen content inside the kiln, and can be fully controlled by computer with flexible and convenient man-machine interaction. The main equipment ranges from a few meters to over twenty meters, and is custom-manufactured based on production capacity, processing volume, and product characteristics.
