2. Design of High-Strength Glass Fiber Lightning Rod:
a. Height is customizable according to the actual requirements of the customer.
b. The thickness of the high-tensile fiberglass rod body is determined based on the varying basic wind pressures in different regions and the design requirements of the customer.
c. The connection method for the high-toughness fiberglass rod body is by plug-in, with the plug-in length determined based on varying basic wind pressures in different regions and the design requirements of the customer.
3. Key Features of High-Strength FRP Lightning Rod:
a. Does not interfere with the electromagnetic wave transmission of the next-generation Doppler weather radar; unaffected by any influence; other lightning rods do not possess this characteristic.
b. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, high-strength, and wind-resistant.
c. Material is insulated, with a temperature resistance of -55℃ to +155℃.
d. Compatible with pre-discharge lightning arrestor for optimized lightning protection, featuring pre-discharge and fully active lightning induction.
e. Provides wider lightning rod coverage under the same conditions.
f. Safe and reliable, easy to install. This series of lightning rods contains no radioactive elements, and the glass fiber itself is unaffected by lightning currents, ensuring a long service life.
g. Compatible with any type of surge protector (prevention, optimization, Franklin, etc.).
h. No daily maintenance required; just conduct regular inspections before the rainy season each year.
4. Safety Precautions
All protected special bodies should be within the lightning rod's protection range. It is strictly prohibited to hang any communication or lighting lines on the lightning rod. The down conductor must be connected to the main steel reinforcement of the building. The grounding resistance is generally <10Ω, and installations are made for different departments and users.
