
MK215+B Axis CNC Internal Cylindrical Grinder: Main Applications and Structural Features
★This machine tool is a three-axis (X feed, Z grinding wheel, B indexing axis) CNC internal cylindrical grinder, mainly used for grinding internal cylindrical holes, internal tapered holes, internal ends, and external ends of workpieces. The grinding cycle is fully automated (including automatic feed, retract, rough and fine grinding; automatic wheel correction, and automatic compensation functions).
★The machine tool features workpiece feeding, B-axis indexing (torque turntable), and a structure with the worktable (grinding wheel stand) moving left and right. Both the workpiece box feeding and the grinding wheel stand movement are guided by rolling linear guides, all driven by servo motors and ball screw movements. The rotation speed of both the workpiece spindle and the grinding wheel spindle is controlled by a variable-frequency inverter for stepless speed adjustment. The workpiece clamping is a hydraulic power chuck, and other matching fixtures can be configured according to the specific characteristics of the user's workpiece.
★The machine tool features a fully enclosed protective cover, with a front-mounted rotating control box and a rear-mounted backpack-style electrical cabinet.
