This machine tool is a two-axis two-axis linkage CNC deep hole internal cylindrical grinding machine, equipped with a German Siemens 828D CNC system.
2. The machine tool bed is formed from wear-resistant cast iron, offering excellent thermal stability and high rigidity.

Equipped with a programmable CNC system, capable of automatic feeding, precision grinding, rough grinding, wheel dressing, automatic compensation, and automatic retraction and return during workpiece grinding. It can grind internal circular holes, stepped holes, internal conical holes, as well as internal and external circular end faces.
4. The abrasive wheel stand feed is driven by a servo motor to move ball screw, with double V-type high rigidity and high precision roller guide rail. The worktable reciprocating movement is also driven by a servo motor to move ball screw, utilizing a high rigidity and high precision rolling linear guide rail.
5. Machining centers are equipped with fully or semi-enclosed waterproof covers, an independent electrical cabinet, and a mobile rotating operating platform.
