Industrial Reverse Osmosis Equipment Technology
Industrial reverse osmosis equipment requires different process configurations based on actual water usage requirements. Water standards vary by industry, such as resistivity ranging from 18MΩ.cm to 0.5MΩ.cm, and conductivity from 20uS/cm to 0.1uS/cm. Therefore, different pretreatment systems, single-stage or double-stage reverse osmosis processes, and post-treatment systems (EDI desalination system, polishing mixed床 system, ultraviolet sterilization, ozone generator, chlorine dioxide, etc.) need to be configured for different standards.

Standards for pure water quality across various industries
1. Pure water for animal drinking, general chemical raw material ingredients, food industry ingredients, general electroplating industry rinsing with deionized pure water, textile dyeing and finishing with demineralized pure water, polyester film slicing, refined chemical industry, domestic drinking pure water, and other applications requiring similar purity water.

Pure water for electroplating chemical production, surfactant production in the chemical industry, purified water, pure water for white spirit production, pure water for beer production, potable drinking water for household use, pure water for general cosmetic production, pure water for hemodialysis water purification machines, and other pure water applications with similar purity requirements. (EDI equipment or mixed bed ion exchange equipment may be used as options.)
