Micro-Power Wastewater Treatment Equipment

Product Introduction
For newly constructed residential communities, old residential areas undergoing renovation, and areas where urban sewage pipelines cannot reach, such as hotels, factories, and mining regions, the wastewater generated in these places is relatively small. Direct discharge without treatment can significantly impact the surrounding aquatic environment, especially when constructing wastewater treatment facilities on the ground in residential areas, which may disrupt the overall layout of the buildings. Therefore, researching small-scale, integrated, micro-power wastewater treatment equipment has become essential. The HRWDL micro-power wastewater treatment equipment is designed for areas without sewage pipelines, particularly suitable for rural construction, single-family villas, parks, and scenic spots. Wastewater flowing through the septic tank enters the regulating tank via a格栅 well, where debris is manually removed. The wastewater then flows into the aeration zone, where suspended biomass carriers are filled, allowing the microbial film and active sludge on the carriers to grow and reproduce using the C, N, and P in the wastewater, thereby digesting and absorbing pollutants and nutrients in the water body. The sludge and water flow into the reaction zone between the inner and outer tanks from the bottom channel. After separation, the sludge automatically returns to the aeration zone, and the purified water meets the discharge standards. The equipment is aesthetically pleasing, can be installed in community lawns or shrubbery, blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural landscape, and has no adverse effects on the environment.
