WZ11 Series Concentrator

This equipment is suitable for the low-temperature vacuum concentration of thermosensitive materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, wine, starch, oral liquids, chemicals, food, monosodium glutamate, and dairy products. Users can select a series of concentrators based on the concentration amount.

1. This concentrator employs simultaneous two-effect evaporation, fully utilizing the secondary steam to save both boiler investment and energy consumption, reducing energy consumption by 50% compared to single-effect concentrators.

2. This equipment utilizes external heating and natural circulation with vacuum negative pressure, offering fast evaporation and high concentration ratio. The liquid material is concentrated without foam in a fully sealed environment, resulting in a drug solution that is pollution-free and rich in flavor. Cleaning is convenient; simply open the cover of the heater.

3. The contact parts with the liquid are made of (OCr19Ni9) stainless steel. The heater, evaporator, and additional insulation feature a patterned stainless steel thin plate as the insulating layer.
