3. Daily Operation and Maintenance Precautions
a dust filter cleaning
The dust filter inside the charging module may accumulate a significant amount of dust after long-term operation in a dusty environment. Excessive dust can affect the module's heat dissipation, and the dust filter should be cleaned promptly. The cleaning method is as follows:
Remove the grid fan cover located on the front panel of the module.
2) Remove the dust filter from the removed grille fan cover (pay attention to the orientation), wash it with clean water, and then reinstall it into the fan cover in the original direction once it's dry.
3) Reinstall the grid fan cover onto the module's front panel, restoring it to its original position.
Replace the fan
The module fan requires no special maintenance; simply replace it promptly if damaged. The replacement procedure is as follows:
Remove the grill fan cover located on the front panel of the module (note that there is a rectangular dust filter inside the fan cover).
2) Remove the fan, take out the fan connector from the bottom of the handle, and pull off the 2-core power plug.
3) Replace the fan. Insert the 2-core power plug into the bottom of the handle.
4) Install the fan cover while ensuring the dust filter orientation is correct. If the direction is incorrect, the fan cover will not fit onto the panel.
