A. Fault Analysis and Handling for Charging Protection Module
1. Overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, or overheating of the charging module will trigger protection. Please confirm the fault code accordingly.
2. Cabinets with glass doors or airtight designs may lead to overheating protection for charging modules.
3. Excessive temperature in the server room will also trigger overheat protection for the charging module.
4. Charging Module Failure.
5. Overvoltage or overcurrent in the charging module will cause module failure. It is required to disconnect the module from AC power and restart it to restore normal operation.
6. When in manual operation mode, the default overvoltage alarm value for output is 242V. Any unreasonable voltage adjustments may cause the module's charging module to trigger an overvoltage alarm. In this case, simply readjust the module's output voltage to the normal range will suffice.
7. In automatic operation mode, the module's output voltage is controlled by the master unit. If there is a discrepancy between the potential output voltage and the actual set value at this time, it is due to the temperature compensation feature and is a normal occurrence.
