Vacuum Concentrate Crystallization Pot

The entire equipment is divided into four parts: the heating evaporation chamber, the heating jacket, the vapor-liquid separator, and the stirrer. Based on jacket heating and extensive research, our factory has designed internal heating and internal circulation heating, the evaporation and crystallization pot. Customers have reported that its evaporation effect is 1.8 times higher than external heating (jacket heating).
The equipment and product contact parts are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The heating evaporation chamber, resembling a cylindrical shell, is processed in two segments with materials of different thicknesses for ease of installation and maintenance, and connected by flanges. The bottom can be machined into hemispherical, disc-shaped, or conical shapes on the vessel body. Both upper and lower cylindrical sections are equipped with sight glasses to observe the boiling state of the solution, the height of foam entrainment, the concentration of the solution, the size and distribution of crystals, etc. The inlet of the pot body is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. A heating jacket is welded to the lower part of the pot, with its height determined by the calculated area required for evaporation.
       The agitator currently uses anchor type agitators with a speed of 6-15 rpm. The agitator is currently installed using the lower shaft method, which can shorten the shaft length and facilitate installation and maintenance.
