Principle:

The two-dimensional mixer is primarily composed of three major parts: the drum, the swing frame, and the frame. The drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rolling wheels and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four support wheels, two drive wheels are manually rotated by the power system to produce rotation in the drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank and connecting rod mechanisms, which are located on the frame. The swing frame is supported by the bearing group on the frame.

Features:

The drum of the EYH two-dimensional mixer can move in two directions simultaneously, one being the rotation of the drum itself, and the other being the swing of the pendulum筒 along the swing frame. As the mixed materials rotate, flip, and blend within the drum, they also undergo reciprocating mixing movements left and right due to the drum's swing. With the combined effect of these two movements, the materials are thoroughly mixed within a short period. The EYH two-dimensional mixer is widely used for mixing powdery and granular materials.
