Three-pass structure
WNS series fully automatic oil-gas steam boilers, all featuring a shell-type three-pass and fully wet-back structure.
Steam Boiler Features: All pressure parts are symmetrically arranged around the drum center. The boiler features a full-wet back structure with an inner drum and eccentric firebox, providing ample radiant heating surface. The front tube sheet before the reburn chamber is connected to the furnace shell, while the rear tube sheet after the reburn chamber uses an ellipsoidal head and tube sheet. The third smoke chamber turns to form the front smoke box, which is constructed with lightweight refractory insulation materials. The smoke outlet of the rear smoke box is positioned along the longitudinal axis of the drum. The design primarily considers the principles of boiler maintenance and stability. The mixing device set inside the boiler's return water inlet first flushes the smoke tube bundle, then contacts the furnace shell, enhancing the temperature of the return water in contact with the furnace shell. This prevents localized supercooling and boiling.
Wave furnace tube (as per customer's selection)
This series of boilers utilizes a corrugated furnace tube, which not only strengthens the disturbance of the flue gas and increases the radiant heat transfer area, but also enhances the rigidity of the tube while effectively reducing its expansion stress. It improves the heat transfer efficiency and promotes the combustion of fuel within the furnace.
Welding technique for chimney pipes and tube plates
Utilizing a state-of-the-art technique that involves pre-inflation followed by full welding, and then re-inflation, it effectively prevents tube gap corrosion while enhancing welding strength.
