Operation Principle:
The Senpai Servo Pressing Machine is a precision pressing equipment specifically designed and developed for the market, featuring pure servo control.A professional R&D engineering team with years of on-site customer experience, developing a multifunctional press machine to meet the requirements of Work Automation 4.0; the equipment is fully digitally controlled in a closed-loop by a microcomputer processor, utilizing high-precision, high-response speed imported servo motors; the machine features three control modes: displacement, position, and pressure.A multi-functional device with high precision, accurate pressure, and online detection and control capabilities. The operation principle of the device is to drive an imported high-precision ball screw for up and down running pressure fitting operations through a servo motor.

The servo press machine can accurately control the press speed, position, and pressure; it features multiple press programs, including constant press speed, precise position stop, precise force stop, and precise displacement stop, making it easy to complete two or more stages of press work; within the stroke, the machine's precise position can be set at will, eliminating the need for expensive precision molds to ensure press accuracy; the position repeatability accuracy is ±0.01mm, and the pressure control accuracy is ±1% of the rated pressure.
III. Online Pressing Quality Inspection for Whole Process Quality Control and Data Management
Upon completion of the operation, all setup and result data, as well as pressure displacement curves, can be displayed on the human-machine interface of the servo press, effectively controlling interference fit quality. This also ensures traceability of operation data for management, inspection, and elimination of defective products, preventing greater losses. Additionally, it aids in optimizing process technical parameters and design.

Requirements for precise pressure assembly of parts exceeding precision tolerances, impact of frame deformation on precise pressure assembly, and unique solutions for servo pressure assembly. These include: software automatic compensation, system dynamic compensation, or external trigger stop function.
