Operating Principle:
The Senpai Servo Press is a precision press assembly machine specifically developed with market needs in mind, featuring pure servo control technology.A professional R&D engineer team with years of on-site customer experience, developing a multifunctional press machine to meet the automation 4.0 requirements; the equipment is fully digitally controlled with a microcomputer processor and a closed-loop system, featuring high-precision and high-response speed imported servo motors; the machine offers three control modes: displacement, position, and pressure.A multi-functional device with high precision and accurate pressure, capable of online detection and control. It operates by using a servo motor to drive an imported high-precision ball screw for the vertical running and assembly pressure operation.

The servo press machine can accurately control the press speed, position, and pressure; it features multiple press programs, including constant press speed, precise position stop, precise force stop, and precise displacement stop, making it easy to complete two or more stages of press work; within the stroke, the machine's precise stopping position can be set at will, eliminating the need for expensive precision molds to ensure press accuracy; the positioning repeatability is ±0.01mm, and the pressure control accuracy is ±1% of the rated pressure.
3. Online Press Fitting Quality Inspection - Ensures quality control and data management throughout the entire press fitting process
Upon completion of the task, all job settings, result data, and pressure displacement curves can be displayed on the human-machine interface of the servo press, effectively controlling the fit quality and simultaneously satisfying traceable management of job data, inspection, and removal of defective products, to avoid greater losses. Additionally, it can also assist in optimizing process technical parameters and design.

Requirements for precise pressure assembly between parts with excessive precision deviations, influence of frame deformation on precise pressure assembly, and unique solutions for servo pressure assembly. These include: software automatic compensation, system dynamic compensation, or external trigger stop function.
