Scope of Application
This series of hydraulic presses is widely applicable for punching, embossing, shaping, riveting, bending, cutting, and stretching various materials. It is also used for assembling and installing small components, serving as a versatile stamping machine. It utilizes an advanced mother-child cylinder hydraulic circuit, ensuring low noise, high speed, and low power consumption.

2. The CNC hydraulic press machine can achieve: when the parts are placed in the fixture position and the inspection position, proximity switches detect them.
3. Product Force Displacement Monitoring: Conduct force displacement detection during the product assembly process
4. This hydraulic press is capable of data storage and output, allowing it to save and directly output force displacement detection data generated during the product press-fitting process, and also supports network communication.
5. The hydraulic press's output size can be customized to meet customer requirements.
6. Up-and-down mold templates feature added heating elements and imported intelligent temperature controllers, with a temperature difference as low as ±1°. The top and bottom mold temperatures can be controlled separately, making operation convenient.
Equipment precision
The overall force measurement accuracy of the equipment is 0.05% of the full scale, with a small display unit of 1N; (measured directly using a force sensor)
2. The displacement sensor has a small display unit of 0.01MM and a large error of ±0.015% of the full scale. The repeated positioning accuracy is within ±0.05 MM.
3. The system has an AD sampling rate of the force sensor at 2000 times per second.
4. Oversize Inspection (comparing upper and lower limits with a preset force at 5 points)
5. Plot the force-displacement curve with the X-axis representing displacement and the Y-axis representing force.
6. The assembled data can be saved in Excel format.

9. After assembly of the rack with the worktop, the rigidity at the equipment opening is not less than 200 KN/MM.
10. Equipment operates continuously for 24 hours with a temperature rise of no more than 20°C. At an ambient temperature of 40°C, the oil temperature will not exceed 65°C.
