Four-column hydraulic press

Utilizes advanced hydraulic circuit with a master and slave cylinder. Superior in noise, speed, and power consumption to conventional hydraulic presses, this model is a high-efficiency, high-speed, high-force, and environmentally friendly new-generation hydraulic press. Widely applied in the die-casting industry.

The hydraulic machine tools in this series are powered by liquid pressure ranging from 2 to 20 MPa, and are connected to a three-phase AC 380V 50Hz or AC 220V 60Hz power supply. The total power consumption is 3.7 kW.

Utilizing a four-column, three-plate structure, the vertical accuracy of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide bushes, with parallel accuracy between the lower and upper working surfaces at any point reaching below 0.08MM. This ensures the vertical accuracy of the stacked silicon steel sheets is fully guaranteed.

Using oil cylinders for feeding, discharging, and positioning ensures accurate location and high stability.

6. Equipped with automatic counting function, featuring manual and fully automatic control modes. Manual operation allows the press mold to stop at any travel range, complete with an emergency return button, and can also be fitted with an infrared safety guard.

7. Pressure, closure height, feeding stroke, all adjustable by the customer for easy operation;

8. The hydraulic system features an integrated oil tank at the bottom, boasting a clean and sturdy appearance.

9. The equipment has a rated output of 15tf (1tf = 1000kgf = 9.8KN), commonly referred to as 15 tons of force, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
