Application Scope:

Primarily used in MIM forming, motor assembly, bearings, bushes, stators, rotors, differentials, gearboxes, and automotive parts for process assembly and shaping.

The equipment control system utilizes Huazhong servo hydraulic system, featuring low noise (40-50dB in standby, 60-70dB during normal operation), energy-saving (with 80% load, consumes 1.2 kWh of electricity per hour), and is equipped with a high-end Siemens PLC for logic control and data collection. It employs a 10-inch MCGS full-color touch screen for real-time monitoring of pressing data, displaying curves, and saving data. Displacement detection is done using Omron encoders, while pressure sensors are from domestic brands.
