Demountable formwork is a new type of construction formwork material, primarily composed of cement, sand, pulp, and other raw materials. It is reinforced with a layer of galvanized welding mesh and includes pre-buried steel frames. The interior of this formwork features grooves to enhance adhesion, with one side of the steel frame pre-buried within the formwork panel and the other side cast into the concrete, making the formwork and concrete a single unit for non-demolition effects. The standard sizes of the formwork panels are 2.44 meters in length and 1.22 meters in width, available in thicknesses of 12mm and 15mm. Its applications are extensive, suitable for high-rise buildings, bridges and tunnels, building foundations, retaining walls, and other situations requiring cast-in-place concrete shaping.
