2. System Features:
System consists of4 Ignition Units, each capable of being manually ignited individually. In actual operation, when any ignition unit is ignited, the system automatically switches to the monitoring连锁 mode for that group (i.e., the igniter operates for 8 seconds, the pilot light solenoid opens, and the flame monitor begins operation). Should any ignition circuit in a group go out, the group's no-fire indicator light illuminates, and the solenoid for that group is automatically closed, triggering an immediate audible and visual alarm in the control system to alert operators to the site for troubleshooting. This system offers convenient ignition, high ignition success rates, and safe, stable operation. It also uploads the running signals (1#-4#), fire signals (1#-4#), and fire-out fault signals (1#-4#) to the upstream DCS central control center in the form of switch signals for real-time monitoring.
