The slag removal machine, also known as a subway slag removal gantry crane, vertical shaft slag removal gantry crane, is specifically designed for operations such as vertical shaft slag removal, blind vertical shaft slag removal, and slag removal in well sinking projects. It has lifting capacities ranging from 10 tons to 50 tons. This model of gantry crane is a specialized design developed by our company based on the operational requirements and technical conditions of deep well construction, in conjunction with the development of general-purpose overhead cranes. It is used for lifting excavators during deep well construction, hoisting rock materials from below the well to the ground level at the wellhead, and other similar tasks. The crane is composed of a girder, trolley (equipped with a lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism, and hydraulic tilting mechanism), trolley running mechanism, cabin, and electrical equipment. Depending on the direction of backfilling, the support leg structure is available in two types: A-type and U-type. The trolley running mechanism uses an 8-wheel 4-wheel drive configuration and is equipped with anti-wind track clamps. During normal operation, the clamps of the track clamps are released from the tracks. The vertical shaft excavation offers numerous benefits, such as environmental protection, energy saving, elimination of safety hazards, and reduction of labor intensity.

This equipment features a more rational design and structure for the overall machine model, better suited for shaft construction environments. The entire unit is modularly assembled, allowing for remote operation above the shaft, facilitating continuous actions such as bottom cleaning and transportation loading.
