Interior sunshade and thermal insulation system
The internal shading and thermal insulation system can improve the ecological environment of greenhouses in multiple ways. During summer, the shading curtains can reflect some sunlight and allow diffused sunlight to enter the greenhouse, uniformly illuminating the plants and protecting crops from intense light burns, while also lowering the greenhouse temperature. By selecting different curtains, various shading rates can be achieved to meet the sunlight requirements of different crops. During winter nights, the internal shading and thermal insulation system effectively prevents infrared rays from escaping, reducing ground radiation heat loss and minimizing heating energy consumption, significantly lowering the operation costs of the greenhouse. The shading curtains can maintain indoor humidity control and appropriate thermal levels, ensuring a suitable growing environment for the crops.

Working Principle
Press the control box's start switch button to activate the motor. The motor drives the drive shaft through a transmission mechanism, which in turn moves the drive rod parallel to the curtain line via connecting components. The drive rod slowly pulls one end of the curtain open until it fully extends, at which point it triggers the stroke limit switch, causing the motor to stop, ending the travel cycle. The control box is equipped with manual control. To stop mid-operation, simply press the stop button to halt the operation.
Basic System Components
1) Control Box and Motor - This box is equipped with two sets of contact devices for unfolding and folding the screen, allowing for manual operation. It can also be automatically stopped using a stroke switch. It is capable of computer control. The motor comes with built-in working limit switches and is reliable in operation. 2) Rack and Pinion - Utilizes imported Dutch rack and pinion, which is reliable in quality and smooth in operation. 3) Transmission - The transmission section consists of an imported Dutch reduction motor and its accessories, delivering power through the reduction motor and the connected drive shaft.
The drive shaft is made of φ42×3.5 seamless steel tube, connected to the motor in the middle, and the rest is evenly connected to the rack or rack support, converting circular motion into smooth linear motion. The pull rod is a φ32×2 galvanized steel tube, with each set of racks connected to one row, extending longitudinally approximately equal to the greenhouse length. The drive curtain rod connected to the pull rod is made of aluminum profiles, arranged horizontally, pulling the curtain open and close for a flat and attractive appearance during operation. 4) Curtain wire: Double-layer curtain wire uses domestic transparent polyester curtain wire with minimal deformation. 5) Curtain: Shanghai Ruixue aluminum foil sunshade curtain is selected: airtight, sun shading rate of about 50%, warranty period of 5 years, lifespan of 8 years. 6) Insulation pocket: Additional insulation pockets are added on both sides of the internal sunshade to improve the greenhouse's insulation performance and save heating costs. 7) Control zones: Sunshade control is divided into three zones: tropical rainforest plant zone, succulent and cacti plant zone, and seasonal flower plant zone, with a total of 3 control zones.
