Interior shading and thermal insulation system
The internal shading and thermal insulation system can enhance the ecological environment of greenhouses in multiple ways. During summer, shading curtains reflect some sunlight and allow diffused light to enter the greenhouse, uniformly illuminating plants and protecting crops from intense light damage, while also lowering the greenhouse temperature. By choosing different curtain materials, various shading rates can be achieved to meet the sunlight requirements of different crops. In winter nights, the internal shading and thermal insulation system effectively prevents infrared radiation from escaping, reducing ground radiation heat loss and minimizing heating energy consumption, significantly lowering the operation costs of the greenhouse. The shading curtains can also maintain indoor humidity control and appropriate thermal levels, ensuring a suitable growth environment for the crops.

Working Principle
Press the control box's start switch to activate the motor. The motor drives the transmission shaft through a transmission mechanism, which in turn moves the drive rod parallel to the curtain line via connecting components. The drive rod slowly pulls one end of the curtain open, and once fully extended, triggers the stroke limit switch, causing the motor to stop, ending the journey. This control box is equipped with manual control. To stop the operation halfway, simply press the stop button to halt the process.
Basic System Composition
1) Control Box and Motor: This box is equipped with two sets of contact devices for opening and closing the curtain, allowing manual start and stop. It can also be automatically stopped with the aid of a limit switch. It is capable of being controlled by a computer. The motor comes with built-in working limit switches and reliable operation. 2) Rack and Pinion: Utilizes a Dutch imported rack and pinion set, ensuring reliable quality and smooth operation. 3) Transmission Section: The transmission section consists of a Dutch imported reduction motor and its accessories, delivering power through the reduction motor and the connected drive shaft.
The drive shaft is made of φ42×3.5 seamless steel pipe, connected to the motor in the middle, and the rest is evenly connected to the rack subassembly/rack bracket, converting circular motion to smooth linear motion. The pull rod is φ32×2 galvanized steel pipe, with one row of teeth connected per set, and its length is approximately equal to the length of the greenhouse. The driving rod connected to the pull rod is made of aluminum extrusion, arranged horizontally, pulling the curtain open and closed, making the curtain flat and aesthetically pleasing during operation. 4) Screen Wire: Double-layer screen wire is chosen with domestic transparent polyester wire, with minimal deformation. 5) Curtain: Shanghai Ruixue aluminum foil sunshade curtain is selected: sealed type, sunshade rate of about 50%, shelf life of 5 years, service life of 8 years; 6) Insulation Pocket: Insulation pockets are added on both sides of the internal sunshade to improve the thermal insulation performance of the greenhouse and save heating costs. 7) Control Zones: The sunshade control is divided into three control zones: tropical rainforest plant zone, succulent and semisucculent plant zone, and seasonal flower plant zone.
