The fan body, including the attachments, is standardized. We have a well-established mass production system, capable of meeting your requirements at any time.
Due to its excellent spiral structure and the use of a muffler with a silent air filter matched to the same fan, the fan operates at a significantly lower noise level than before.
The rotor is a precision product processed through CNC machining. It has achieved complete dynamic balance during manufacturing, with minimal error and virtually no vibration.

▍Product Features/ Product Features
1. Low noise. The inlet and exhaust ports of the fan are shaped in a spiral, allowing the air intake and exhaust process to sequentially cut into the spiral line, thus avoiding the pulsating noise and vibration that occur instantaneously during the exhaust of the old-style fan.沼气输送用Roots BlowerUtilized a noise-reducing muffler with a negative resistance composite design, further reducing noise levels.
2. High thermal and volumetric efficiency, thus energy-saving. The Roots blower rotors are equipped with advanced compound curves, providing more rational meshing and increased volumetric efficiency.
4. Minimal vibration. Even though the rotor has been precision machined and is already in a balanced state, it is still balanced using high-precision dynamic balancing equipment. As a result, the fan operates with almost no vibration.
5. Utilizing high-precision, high-hardness synchronous gears, not only does it extend the blower's lifespan, but also effectively reduces noise.
6. This series of fans utilizes imported bearings from Japan or Germany, and imported rubber belts from South Korea or Taiwan, ensuring enhanced product reliability.
7. The output air is clean, free of any oil or dust. The Roots blower features a reasonable sealing structure that prevents oil from entering the housing, hence ensuring clean air.
